Because nature of my custom build rig I asked if there is possible to shorten the lever from 38cm to 33cm. I admit I had no high hopes, but I get the answer in three (3!) minutes they will do it for me without any extra charge.
About shifter there is not much to say, YT is full of positive reviews. My friend who drives Fiesta R2 in our championship said the feeling is spot on to his racing car, so no doubt about the quality and overall feeling also in simracing.
I can say only cheers to all SGR crew till my next order.

Was on the fence about this shifter, but after watching some reviews decided to take the chance. Boy am I happy, great build quality. Very nice tactile feel, and isn’t too loud, can still use with somebody sleeping in the next room.

If I had to pick on one thing, the brake bias dial could have a more defined notch to it, little bit hard to make fine adjustments whilst mid drive but not a big deal. Great product

I once owned the V1, and to this day I wonder why I sold it, as it was pretty damn good at that time.
Today the V2 arrived, and I must say, after a first test drive, that the V2 surpasses the V1 in pretty much every aspects, and also pretty much every competing sequential shifter out there (and believe me when I say that I tried many before buying here again).
The finish is better, the haptics of the coating/paint is nicer, it's much more quiet, the knob is chamfered, the additional lever is much more solid, not to mention that the whole thing will outlast any use and abuse.
In short: I can only highly recommend this shifter!

I accidentally reformatted the shifter and rendered it useless. I got in contact with Stefan and after an hour of rectifying my mistake (on a Saturday evening) he had it back up and running correctly. Saving me from having to buy a whole new shifter. I will forever buy from this company due to outstanding customer service and brilliant product quality.
